I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They even remembered my preferences for meals and helped me to book tours in the local area. The location was great and made it easy for me to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities were top-notch. the breakfast was delicious and the staff was always on hand to help me with any questions I had.

We even had the opportunity to paint with a local artist and learn about his life in Quito. The gourmet breakfast and rave reviews of the dinner made our stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and unforgettable experience.

The hotel is located in a historical part of the city near plazas, churches and museums. The staff is homely and welcoming, giving us personalized recommendations for local artisans and experiences. We particularly enjoyed the meals which offered small Ecuadorean delicacies for breakfast and tasty dinner options.

Although the service was friendly, it was not always attentive and proactive enough. On one occasion, we experienced poor service at the SPA, where we were told to wait for 1.5 hours for the jacuzzi to be heated up.
